March 28 2011 Steak and Corn

Molkman is back with a sequel to his popular You Pop My Corn! mix of animation and reality.

Turbo is brand new to Albino Blacksheep. I don't know much about him, but his style reminds of a cross between Shmorky and ZekeySpaceyLizard.

I am a sucker, an absolute sucker for all twists on Super Mario Bros. Mix this with the Mario video from March 10th, and you have what Super Mario Bros. would have to be if it were released today.

Today is Monday, Monday. Smooth-E parodies Rebecca Black's Friday with the least-fun-fun-fun-fun day of the week. Although I'm not into most Friday parodies, I think Smooth-E is working with a proper theme. The same song, but instead of 12-year-olds on a Friday, for adults on a Monday. Plus, Smooth-E has always been very cool with Albino Blacksheep, so why not feature him again?

Michael Jessen suggests I may or may not want to post this. It's purely a Canadian thing, so it will be over the heads of everyone else, including other Canadians, but if you do like Michael's drawings style, consider hiring him.

March 17 2011 St. Patty's

Alex Traynor is an animator on Albino Blacksheep. His most popular pieces are How Not to Time Travel and the Pixelated series.

Alex is now testing his skills in short film production and acting. Normally a less tedious process than animation, but when it comes to Alex Traynor, scripts aren't short and simple.

Last year on this date, ABS members put together some St. Patrick's Day animations. Dwayne from Dwayne Gets Lucky is also featured in Sophisticus wearing green formalwear.

March 10 2011 Catching up

Looks like Ryoshenron, after having completed the Fantasy XF II Game, will return to create Boy and Robot episodes after 2 years since Boy and Robot Invest in the Economy.

Speaking of video games, composer and sound designer Jake Kaufman has some brand new videos where he overdubs realistic sounds into 1980s video games.

Corning has a new video implying responsibility for an iPad-like future. It reminds me of last year's The Future of Screen Technology.
